The Global Coffee Quality Research Institute is a natural fit for my series on how people relate to coffee and the ways its represented. Because they recognize that there are needs coffee farmer’s have that are too large and comprehensive for one cafe or one farmer to tackle. By researching, identifying and brainstorming solutions they benefit both cafe’s and farmers. This collaborative work is essential to the coffee industry and I’m so excited that its happening in Texas at A&M. I hope to visit them next week for an in depth interview but for now check out their website and blog for the latest happenings!
