the cupping by texas coffee school at odd fellows was informative, interesting and fun. tom walked the 25 or so participants through each step. he described the flavors and terms used to talk about them in the coffee world. while also making sure everyone felt comfortable about the tastes, or lack thereof, they perceived. he also encouraged discussion among the groups and let everyone know there wasn’t a wrong answer. there were also many informative tips about how to store and enjoy the coffee at home. you don’t want to miss out on this taste bud expanding experience! sign up here for one in the future, i know i’ll be back!
